Welcome! Please call me Nori! I am a Master Certified Service Consultant who is passionate about meeting people and helping them get back on the road quickly and safely. Whether you’re coming in for routine maintenance or something more complex, you can rest assured that we are here to give you the information you need to make solid decisions about your vehicle—always with empathy and care for your concerns. And I’m proud to offer my services in both Spanish and English. Born in Puerto Rico, I moved to Orlando when I was eight. I graduated from Timber Creek High School before attending Valencia Community College. My automotive industry experience includes working as a service cashier before advancing to advisor. I’m a proud mom of three boys. When I’m not working, I like rollerblading and bowling with my kids.

Great experience with my service advisor ! She was very sweet and helpful. Answered my questions when I had some. Norelis herself gets a 10! Thank you Norelis :) The reason for an 8 was that the wait time was a bit long, and the lobby wasn’t very kid friendly as I had a 1 year old and an 8 year old with me.
