Hello and welcome! As a Master Technician and Shop Manager, I enjoy leading a great team of technicians who are as passionate about the Volkswagen brand as I am! No matter what’s going on with your car, we’re here to give you clear, honest information you can act on to keep things running smoothly and safely. With more than 15 years of experience in this industry, I’m proud to run an efficient, professional department dedicated to getting the job done right. My hope is that I can also be a role model within my industry, mentoring young professionals towards their goals. Growing up in New York and Orlando, I graduated from Colonial High School where I was an Honor Roll Student. I went on to graduate top of my class from the Universal Technical Institute. I attended the Volkswagen Academy Technician Recruitment Program and later became a master technician. Today, I specialize in engines, transmissions, electrical, chassis, and electric vehicles. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my beloved partner and our three kids. I stay active in my church and enjoy soccer, football, and all things Volkswagen-related.
