Dylan was great to work with! He is personable, professional, and was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles! He was able to answer our questions about the vehicle we were interested in looking at and test driving, and helped guide us through the purchasing process. We had been to other dealerships in the area over the last few weeks in search of a gently used Tiguan for our family. Dylan asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle, and guided us to find one that fit just what we were looking for. We drove home with our new-to-us vehicle the same day.
