Alex has been very kind ,courteous and professional he has addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and managed to make sure that all my issues were dealt with properly. Alex does have really big shoes to fill as I pretty much only dealt with Roger for about 15 years he’s recently retired. Side Note Jacob in Parts another top VW team member definitely needs some light shined on him for his service and professionalism.
